These terms apply to every order placed with Alder (Pty) Ltd through this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and prices

Prices are in South African rand and include VAT. An order is accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may cancel an order for a pricing error before dispatch, with a full refund.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. Check boards for transit damage before signing, and tell us within 48 hours if anything is wrong.

Returns and warranty

Thirty-day returns for unmarked goods in their original carton. The surface warranty covers ghosting and delamination in normal use; it does not cover permanent marker, abrasives or damage from mounting.

Law

South African law applies, including the Consumer Protection Act, which these terms do not limit.
