Choosing a surface

Porcelain steel is magnetic, takes any dry-erase marker and is the right default. Glass never ghosts and looks better empty, but needs stronger magnets and a solid wall. Black glass is for liquid chalk and neon markers only.

Choosing a size

120 × 90 cm suits a meeting room for up to eight people. 240 × 120 cm is for a wall that holds a whole sprint or a term plan. A3 and the planner live on a desk.
